Axl Rose has been sued by a former Penthouse model who claimed he dragged her ‘like a caveman’ and sexually violated her at a party in 1989.

Sheila Kennedy, 61, has filed a bombshell lawsuit against the Guns N’ Roses frontman, real name William Bruce Rose Jr, 61, claiming he tied her up and sexually assaulted her at a New York hotel when they were both 26.

It comes more than seven years after she first told the story of what allegedly happened that night exclusively to DailyMail.com. Rose has yet to comment publicly.

This time, Tennessee-born Kennedy, who was Penthouse Pet of the Year in 1983, is telling her story through the courts with the hope of claiming an unspecified amount in monetary damages via jury trial.

Legal documents filed Wednesday outline how Kennedy met the rock megastar at a NYC club in February 1989, before going to a private party back at his hotel suite, which she says was attended by lots of drugged-up people.

Kennedy claims the Sweet Child o’ Mine singer began to make moves on her – which was initially ok – until he cleared the room so that it was just her, another female model and one of his friends.

She says she witnessed Rose having ‘aggressive sex’ with the other model before flying into a rage with the woman and booting her out of his house, per TMZ.

It was at this point he allegedly dragged her by the hair back to his bed, tied up her hands with pantyhose, and sexually assaulted her.

Kennedy’s lawsuits says she ‘did not consent and felt overpowered’ by the Indiana-born musician. She said she was left traumatized by the alleged incident, suffering with anxiety and depression in the aftermath.

‘Rose used his fame, status, and power as a celebrity and performer in the music industry to gain access to manipulate, control and violently assault Kennedy,’ the complaint claims.

Kennedy’s lawyers say in the lawsuit that ‘this action is timely pursuant to the N.Y. Adult Survivors Act’, a New York law allowing alleged victims of sexual abuse to file civil suits past the statute of limitations – which expires on Thanksgiving.

When she detailed the allegations to DailyMail.com in February 2016, Kennedy recalled the night as just one of many wild experiences across a decade of living the life of a Penthouse Pet – a status that saw her pampered, coddled, manipulated and used by turns.

Kennedy said she saw bottles of prescription medicine and mounds of cocaine at the 1989 party outlined in her suit.

She claimed Rose grabbed her by her hair, cutting her legs as he dragged her across the carpet and threw her forcibly, face down onto the bed.

He tied her hands behind her back and he had sex with her. And when he was done he apologized.

Kennedy was discovered by the photographic assistant of legendary photographer, Stan Malinowski, a man who has shot for titles including Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Playboy and Penthouse, decades ago.

Soon after Sheila found herself standing at the door of Bob Guccione’s $34 million Manhattan mansion overlooking Central Park.

Guccione was surrounded by eight Rhodesian Ridgebacks, his South African girlfriend Kathy Keeton’s, dogs

‘He was sitting behind a grand piano that looked like it was made of solid gold and he had the chains on and the button down shirt,’ she says.

‘I lived in Vegas, I was kind of used to this glamorous look in guys. I was familiar with the look but his voice, when he spoke, he had this deep sexy voice and he said, “Hi Sheila, I hope you’re happy in your new home”.’

Looking back she remembers: ‘I wasn’t planning on having a relationship with him but as soon as I saw him I was just, ‘Oh my God, you’re gorgeous.’

Being employed by Penthouse meant signing in and out whenever she came and went from the mansion – known by some as ‘the jail.’

It meant never having guys back to the house and for Sheila it meant sleeping with Guccione and ultimately sleeping with his girlfriend Kathy in a threesome.

Her affair with Guccione started just over a month after her arrival at the mansion.
