TV star Jenny Powell is famous for shows including the Wheel of Fortune, but now she's doing something very different.
The presenter revealed she was becoming a trained yoga teacher.
In a recent Instagram post, she said: “I have procrastinated, deliberated and finally pushed the button and committed to starting my online yoga teaching training course.”
The 55-year-old urges fans to stop putting off their dreams. She said: “I’m a technophobe and in my mid-fifties, some would say I’ve left things a bit late but I say noooooo!
“We are a generation of women who are different to those before us, we are empowered and ready to make our second half the best half.
“Guys and gals whatever you’ve been putting off just be honest about what’s stopping you and imagine THAT feeling once it’s been achieved.”

Jenny began her TV career in 1986 when she hosted the BBC 2 programme, No Limits. Since then, she’d presented on numerous occasions and made several guest appearances.
She's currently a presenter on Greatest Hits Radio where she kicks off the morning with the biggest songs of the 70s 80s and 90s.

Recently, the mother of two 2 discussed the strong connection with her daughters including the fact that they share clothing.
After wearing her 22 year old daughter’s miniskirt on an Instagram story, she captioned it: "Raided my daughter's wardrobe.. just waiting for the DM!"
Jenny is currently engaged to Sports Therapist Martin Lowe. She’s previously said that they’re still going strong.
