The chef kept asking Josie what she was planning to do with the food and how she would be cooking it.
She eventually snapped at him and Fred agreed to stop getting involved.
When asked what advice she would give the campmates, Sam replied: “My advice would be don’t try and make it your own show, you’ll come across better as a team player.”
She continued: “Some people in the jungle over the years are a little bit selfish, it’s all about themselves.
“But as an audience and me watching, we can always see that and see through people. So, be yourself and be a team player.”
Sam made it all the way to day 16 during her time on the show, with Gino D’Acampo winning that year.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues on Monday at 9pm on ITV.
