BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty today took another cheeky swipe at Saturday Kitchen host Matt Tebbut – this time about his clothes.

The weekend news anchor, 48, regular teases the Saturday Kitchen host, 49, and this morning was no different.


Naga was today hosting BBC Breakfast alongside co-host Charlie Stayt.

She is well known for her cheeky quips, and today Matt was once again the butt of her joke.

During this morning's live link up with Saturday Kitchen, Naga poked fun at his clothes, after wine expert Helen put him to shame with her glam look.

Matt was today dressed in his usual casual blue shirt.

After he ran through what he had coming up on his show, Naga said about what he was wearing: "Yeah Helen's right, you really do need to 'up your subtle real game'!"

To which everyone started to laugh.

Taking the joke well, Matt replied: "This is my look!"

Not wanting to miss out a chance to poke fun, Naga then quipped: "Exactly!"

Matt then laughed along at her joke, and said: "Alright! Enough!"

When they returned to the BBC Breakfast studio, sports presenter Mike Bushell said: "Well that told him!"

To which Naga replied: "Well Helen's there in her velvet jumpsuit looking the part, and Matt is just in his normal blue shirt!"

Meanwhile, quick-witted Naga was recently praised after she was the guest host on Have I Got News For you.

Viewers at home were in awe of herand called on her to be made the permanent host of the show.

One wrote: "Great hosting. Hope to see you in the chair again soon."
