Practicing safe sex can lower your risk of hepatitis and HPV. Dr Tigari said: “Now we all know the risk of HIV but did you know that hepatitis and HPV are also associated with unsafe sexual practices.

“And hepatitis greatly increases liver cancer, HPV can greatly increase cervical cancer.

“If you’re at risk you may want to consider getting vaccinated as well.”

Finally, wearing sunscreen can significantly lower your risk of skin cancer. Dr Tigari said: “You got to put it on every time you go out of the house whether the sun is shining or not.

“The rates of skin cancer have skyrocketed and sunscreen is your best protection. I use it almost every single day.”

Dr Tigari concluded: “These top five things can keep you out of health risks for a long long time.”
