Sir Bob Geldof called Russell Brand a "c***" in an awkward clash at the 2006 NME Awards.
On Saturday (September 16), the comedian, 48, was accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse of four women, one of which was 16-years-old at the time.
The alleged incidents – which Brand strongly denies – have come from a joint investigation by The Sunday Times, The Times and Channel 4's Dispatches, reportedly taking place between 2006 and 2013.

The footage of Geldof and Brand was aired on Dispatches on Saturday evening (September 16) – a documentary which detailed the accusations brought against Brand.
In the resurfaced video, the Irish singer headed on stage to accept an award after Brand said to the crowd: "Please welcome to the stage Sir Bobby Gandalf everybody".
To which Geldof hit back: "Russell Brand what a c***."
In response, the former radio host said that it was "no surprise [Geldof]’s such an expert on famine. He has, after all, been dining out on ‘I Don’t Like Mondays’ for 30 years."
Dispatchers also revealed that the actor repeatedly made sexual comments aimed at one of the female newsreaders at the BBC.
While Channel 4 runners and TV researchers alleged that Russell would get staff to find female audience members so that he could meet them after filming.
Brand released a video statement on Friday (September 16) denying all of the allegations against him, saying his relationships were "absolutely, always consensual".

He said: "Amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute.
"These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the movies, and as I've written about extensively in my books I was very, very promiscuous.
"Now during that time of promiscuity the relationships I had were absolutely, always consensual."
