Independent watch Maison, Romain Gauthier has unveiled its latest timepiece, which also marks the fifth iteration of its C sports model: the C by Romain Gauthier Titanium Edition Five.
In terms of appearance, the new timepiece remains faithful to its predecessors, from the same silhouette, and proportions to materiality. One of the key defining features that set the new iteration apart from its former counterparts is its dial, starring a radiant champagne hue and hand-engraved finish.
The dial is further embellished with three-dimensional elements such as its tapered handset, Arabic numerals, and indices — all crafted from 18k white gold and coated with Super-LumiNova. Touches of burgundy red punctuate the shimmering watch face, arriving in the form of a unique small seconds subdial and 2 o’clock crown.
Like the first edition of the model that debuted in 2021, the new reference is also equipped with an in-house hand-wound movement with a 60-hour power reserve. Accompanying the watch are two rubber strap options in gray and burgundy.
Priced at 39,000 CHF (approximately $43,261 USD), the C by Romain Gauthier Titanium Edition Five is released in a limited run of 38 examples only. Visit the brand’s official website to inquire about its availability.
