While Harry Potter was renowned for spells and wizardry, it seems there was more than one type of magic in the air as the castmates simply couldn't resist one another.
That's right, in between takes in the halls of Hogwarts, the actors were flirting away, and creating sparks that weren't coming out of the end of a wand.
Ultimately, in some cases, the chemistry was too strong to resist, and the performers ended up in real-life romances.

In 2001, Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone hit the cinemas and propelled those who appeared in the film into almost unparalleled superstardom.
In the years proceeding, all the actors who joined the cast received similar treatment.
And as is the price of fame, their private lives became anything but, with the media keen to report on every last detail about them.
However, one Harry Potter couple managed to keep their relationship secret for almost a decade.
Evanna Lynch and Robbie Jarvis
Following the protagonist's fifth year at Hogwarts, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, follows a dramatic year for the main wizard as the Ministry of Magic is in denial of Lord Voldemort's return.
But while the film gave us a sprinkling of shocks, action and a little bit of everything in between, most importantly, it introduced the world to Ravenclaw Luna Lovegood; a quirky character, played by Evanna Lynch.
Born in a small town in Ireland, the actress fell for Robbie Jarvis, who played the young version of Harry's dad, James Potter.
With romance in the air, the pair started their relationship in 2007, but kept it secret for a whopping eight years.
The duo eventually split in 2016, but remained good friends, often posing for photographs together.
In 2021, Robbie uploaded a snap of Evanna on a boat in a river, saying: "Happiest of birthdays to someone who is always delighted to see ducklings!" She replied: "Thanks Bro!!! Haha, no, really, thank you!"
Emma Watson and Tom Felton
On-screen, Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy despised one another, with the Gryffindor wizard even dropping the Slytherin student with a swiftly delivered punch, but the rumours off-camera tell a very different story.
As it turns out, Emma Watson couldn't get enough of Tom Felton, even checking the call sheet in the hope that he'd be in, saying: "It was number 7. And if his number was on the call sheet, it was an extra exciting day.”
Speaking on the romance, Tom explained: "We are something, if that makes any sense. We've been very close for a long time. I adore her. I think she's fantastic. Hopefully, she returns the compliment."
During the reunion, he added: "Emma and I have always loved each other," he said of their status. "I became very protective over her [as kids] … I've always had a soft spot for her, and that continues to this day."
Sadly for those wanting the pair to get together, Emma confirmed: "Nothing has ever ever ever ever happened romantically with us. We just love each other. That's all I can say about that."
Bonnie Wright, and Jamie Campbell Bower
Although audiences remember Bonnie Wright for her on-screen romance with Harry Potter, behind the scenes, she was dating a different member of the cast.
While filming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 created a bittersweet feeling for most of the actors, it was an incredible experience for Bonnie, as she managed to find love.
In an exciting turn of events, she fell head over heels for Jamie Campbell Bower, who played a young Gellert Grindelwald.
Their whirlwind romance resulted in a proposal, but alas, the magic fizzled away, and they ended up breaking up a year later.
