Eagle-eyed Man Utd fans spot Erik ten Hag’s stunned full-time reaction to Bournemouth loss
Fans spotted Erik ten Hag’s stunned full-time reaction after Manchester United’s dismal defeat to Bournemouth.
The Cherries won their first-ever game at Old Trafford in style as they smashed three goals past Andre Onana.
Dominic Solanke, Philip Billing and Marcos Senesi were all on target as United failed to build on their impressive midweek win over Chelsea.
And Ten Hag seemed to particularly take the defeat hard.
Fans were left gobsmacked as video captured at the full-time whistle showed Ten Hag standing mournfully on the sideline.
As people moved around him, the Dutchman stared coldly at the ground without budging a muscle.
His isolate look prompted United players to begin walking towards fans to apologise for their performance.
And despite finally moving from his spot, Ten Hag continued to appear forlorn while trudging across the pitch.
Red Devils fans certainly weren’t impressed with their manager’s body language.

Man Utd make City rival Kalvin Phillips top transfer target
Kalvin Phillips is at the top of Manchester United’s summer shopping list, SunSport can exclusively reveal.
The England international is heading for the exit at the Etihad with Pep Guardiola last week admitting he can’t see a place for him in his City team.
But across the city, United insiders say Erik Ten Hag is a “big fan” and that Phillips is the “perfect fit” for the new direction he wants to head in.
SunSport’s source said: “United are watching the situation with Phillips very carefully.
"He is likely to go out on loan in January, but he will then be looking for a permanent switch in the summer, and Ten Hag wants to be right at the front of the queue.
“He is a fan of the way Phillips plays, and thinks his style is perfectly suited to United and to the philosophy he is trying to instil in the group.
“Plus, the new investors want the club to focus on investing in and developing English players, and Phillips still remains one of the best English players in the Premier League.
"It wouldn’t be the first time a player has moved from City to United, but it’s always controversial.”

Utd warned against Werner
Ruud Gullit has warned Man Utd off signing Chelsea flop Timo Werner.
I'm not sure if the reports of Timo Werner joining Manchester United are true," Gullit told Gambling Zone.
"Then again, it would be a matter of taking a player who wasn't good enough at one of your rivals. I can't imagine he'd be United's first choice!
"It's all a bit strange hearing these reports. Some of them involve good players, but others involve players at the end of their careers. You need to look at players at their peak. We already saw Werner at Chelsea – he couldn't do it. I think it's a risk, and I don't think it's happening."

"Things need to change as this team is going nowhere.

Fernandes banned
Bruno Fernandes will miss Manchester United’s next league game against Liverpool through suspension.
But some fans joked the Red Devil purposefully got himself banned as he “doesn’t want to be on the receiving end of another 7-0.”

Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunez and Roberto Firmino were also on target in the rout.
And Liverpool now eagerly await United’s return to Anfield next weekend after moving top of the table with a late win at Crystal Palace.

"We know we are able to do it, we showed it in the week. We have to leave this behind but we have to talk about it.
"You need consistency, we can play a very good game against many opponents, we are able to do it but you have to do it every third day.
"Get it right and the demands are of a certain standard. We have to go to higher standards to deliver it every third day."
