Christine McGuinness ‘slams ex Paddy’ in rant after star ‘quit’ Channel 4 show

Christine McGuinness has appeared to slam her former husband Paddy in an explosive rant posted to social media.

The 35-year-old reality legend took to Instagram to launch into the tirade, where she hit out at her ex hubby. In recent days, it has emerged that Paddy had opted to leave his Channel 4 show in order to look after the pair's kids.

Christine did not hold back on how she felt, letting loose in the clip. However, during the course of the video, she does not outright name the Take Me Out star.

Throughout the clip, the star was in her car as she launched her scathing battering. Beginning her thinly-veiled attack, she told her loyal fans that she had read "some absolute b******t".

Looking furiously into the camera, Christine was clearly shook at the content in which she had read. Talking to her fans after a nail appointment, she needed to take a moment to gather her thoughts before carrying on with her rant: "Just hold on a minute… wow."

"I'm speechless, mind-blown, not shocked, but I will just sit here and keep my dignified silence," she fumed. "What a load of s***e."

She continued: "Do you know this Halloween I'm going to turn up as someone who's totally got their s**t together – nobody is going to know it's me." After her video, she uploaded a picture that featured a quote that again appeared to take aim at her ex-hubby.

The quote on her Instagram story read: "Feels good to have your s*** together. Personally I wouldn't know but I bet it feels good."

Paddy was forced to leave his new Channel 4 show Don't Look Down, which sees famous faces attempt to conquer their fear of heights for Stand Up To Cancer. Talking about his departure at the time, he told fans that he would be leaving the show and "might not be back for at least a week".

He quipped: "Co-parenting… We've no one at all to help us with the kids. With our children, they need me or Christine there or people who are in our support network."

Paddy and Christine have three beautiful children together, all of whom have autism. Despite calling time on their 11-year relationship last summer, the pair chose to continue living together as a way to continue supporting their kids.

The split came after Christine was forced to shut down romance rumours, after reports she had been seen speaking "for ages" to Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard whilst on a night out. Christine said: "I'm not in the right place mentally, physically, emotionally to be dating, to be entertaining anyone, to be cosying up."
