The Only Way Is Essex star Bobby Norris has reportedly moved hospitals and is on a 24-hour watch for head injuries after being hit by a motorbike.
Bobby, 37, is said to have landed on his head after being hit by the vehicle when crossing a road in London on Wednesday, 1 October.
He was rushed to hospital and is now under "close observation" following the "massive trauma".
A source told The Sun: "Those closest to Bobby are being told that the doctors are doing all they can to make sure he is not facing any possible head injury damage.
"He'll be under close observation for the next three days at a new hospital.
"His body has been through a massive trauma and you can never be too cautious when it comes to head injuries."
The 37 year old is said to have been transferred from UCLH Hospital to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex where he is reportedly under 24-hour watch for the next three days.
OK! has contacted Bobby's representatives for comment.
Bobby had been recording a segment called Bobby on the Street for his Fubar radio show at the time of the accident which took place on London's Regent Street at around 12.30pm.
Revealing the news of the horror accident a source told The Sun that Bobby was crossing the road "when a motorbike came out of nowhere."
They said the TOWIE star was "sent flying up in the air and landed on his head" after being hit "at speed" by the vehicle.
The source went on to say that it was a "shocking sight for those who were close by when it happened".
Emergency services arrived at the scene and Bobby was rushed to UCLH hospital for "tests".
The accident comes less than a month after the TV star revealed that he was rushed to hospital after suddenly coming down with a mysterious illness.
Sharing a black and white photo on his Instagram story, his heavily tattooed arm was on full display attached to an IV drip.
Without disclosing the reason he'd been rushed to hospital, Bobby captioned the worrying snap: "Shout out to the nurse who knows I have a phobia of needles and took the time to bandage up and hide my cannula and venepuncture from me…".
Earlier this year, Bobby showed off some impressive results after he decided to overhaul his lifestyle, including healthy eating, exercising and quitting smoking.
The proud star uploaded a set of photos to Instagram in March to show off his incredible new physique.
"My six week transformation!!" he captioned the snaps. "Guys I know a lot of you have followed my fitness journey recently and watched my body transform from skinny to strong and so many of you have reached out to me directly to ask what I eat in a day and how I fuel my workouts, so I’ve actually put some plans together!!"
