Robbie Williams was his mischievous self when he touched down in Australia for his tour this week, but his mood shifted when he was asked a very personal question during a press conference on Tuesday.
The Angels singer, 49, angrily shut down a journalist who dared to asked about the state of his sex life with wife, Ayda Field Williams, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The reporter asked Williams the question after the British superstar’s recently disclosed how his medication to treat depression impacts his libido.
In response, Williams countered with several personal questions aimed at the radio producer, including inquiries about the dimensions of his anatomy, as well as ‘how many people have you had sex with,’ and ‘do you cheat?’
‘Hey listen, one probing question deserves several back,’ the singer snapped.

Williams opened up about a new Netflix documentary that depicts his battle with addiction and mental illness during an appearance on The Project on Tuesday night.
The popstar said the four part self-titled series that looks at his 25 year career was ‘an absolute trauma’ for the hitmaker to sit through.
‘It was deeply unpleasant to be honest with you,’ he said.
In response, Williams countered with several personal questions aimed at the radio producer, including inquiries about the dimensions of his anatomy, as well as ‘how many people have you had sex with,’ and ‘do you cheat?’
‘I think that people don’t even like looking at selfies of themselves and hearing their own voice,’ he continued.
‘And if you multiply that by watching you descend into mental illness and agoraphobia and depression and anxiety and you are watching a nervous breakdown, it’s not a normal thing to do.’
Still, Williams said he was grateful for the outpouring of love the Netflix show has triggered from fans and followers.
‘I didn’t know until it happened how much I needed to be seen and how much I needed to be heard,’ he said.
‘And I feel as though I though I’ve been seen and I’ve been heard and there is this rock sack of all these things I was carrying around for years and if feels as though there’s been this release of whatever that ness is
‘So I’m currently on a high, I feel as though the world is hugging me.’
Robbie tells the story of his 25-year showbusiness career in the programme from leaving Take That in 1995 to his struggles with addiction and mental health.
Included in the show’s raw revelations was Williams marriage proposal over the phone to All Saints star Nicole Appleton, 48.

He also discusses his reliance on steroids to get him through performing on tour.
Elsewhere in the show the superstar reveals details about his romance with Spice Girl Geri Horner, 50, who he started dating while attending AA.
He also speaks at length in the documentary how his battle with drink and drug addiction came to a head in 2007 after an intervention from his management.
The hitmaker is Down Under to play a series of Stadium shows
The British singer is currently Down Under to play a series of shows, which kick off the tour on November 16 at Allianz Stadium in Sydney, before heading to Mount Cotton in Queensland, followed by Melbourne, Geelong and Swan Valley in WA.
His last official Australian tour was in 2018 for his Heavy Entertainment Show World Tour, though he performed in Melbourne earlier this year for his biopic Better Man.
It follows the release of his album XXV earlier this year, which features revamped versions of his greatest hits from the last 25 years as a solo artist.
The pop star’s hotly-anticipated Netflix docuseries was released on Wednesday, and is currently the streaming giant’s most popular program.
