Married At First Sight star George Roberts will reportedly face no further action after being arrested on suspicion of controlling and coercive behaviour.
George and April Banbury married in a non-legally binding ceremony after they met at the altar for the first time on the hit E4 show.
April Banbury previously said she’d been left needing therapy after her time on the show and after her ex on-screen husband Roberts was arrested in September 2022.
George had denied any wrongdoing, and now it has emerged that police enquiries have been completed and no further action will be taken.
Police said ‘all parties have been informed’ of the update.
