ITV Loose Women’s Andrea McLean only keeps in contact with two co-stars – after 13 years on panel

Loose Women's Andrea McLean has revealed that she only keeps in touch with two of her former co-stars from the ITV show.

The telly presenter, who left the series in 2020 after a 13-year stint, admitted that while she doesn't watch the show due to her busy schedule, she does miss the 'daily interaction with everybody' on the team.

Andrea confessed to The Sun: "In terms of do I miss it, I work for myself now, so I do a lot of stuff working from home and anybody who has left any organisation to strike out on their own, I do miss getting up and getting in and meeting the whole team and seeing everybody and hearing the gossip."

She added: "But I don't miss it in terms of the way people would think I suppose because it was great and I left because I was ready to try something else and went off in a new and exciting direction."

Despite the rumours of feuds, Andrea still chats with Denise Welch and Brenda Edwards and occasionally catches up with other co-stars on Instagram.

Rumours of a feud between Loose Women stars have been swirling for some time. Back in 2017, when panellist Andrea McLean tied the knot with her partner, life coach Nick Feeney, Carol McGiffin was noticeably missing from the guest list.

Carol addressed this in her Best Magazine column, writing: "I'm ecstatic for them both, even though I wasn't invited to the wedding. Andrea's managed to squeeze in two weddings in less time than I've been engaged to Mark, which is a bit embarrassing, to say the least."

However, before Andrea left the show in 2020, they showed there was no bad blood between them when discussing the situation.

Andrea recently opened up about her relationship with her Loose Women co-stars, admitting that due to work projects and schedules, they don't keep in touch as much as they'd like.

She said: "I stay in contact with some of the Loose Women ladies, in the same way that I only get to talk to some when I was there – but not hugely".

Andrea, who now runs the self-help membership group This Girl Is On Fire, revealed she keeps in touch with Brenda, Denise, Linda Robson, and Saira Khan.
