Strictly Come Dancing fans were left questioning if Dianne Buswell and Bobby Brazier almost kissed following their steamy Argentine Tango performance recently,
However, in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, Dianne’s former dance partner Tyler West has dismissed the idea, insisting that their onstage antics are solely “performative”.
“[Romance] is the last thing you’re thinking about when you’re on that stage,” the Kiss FM star insisted, before chuckling: “Hopefully they got a good score out of it!
“I feel like when anyone’s dancing in those situations, it’s performative, it’s camera angles – I can’t buy into any of [the rumours].”
Meanwhile, he praised the duo for “breaking the week three curse” and declared that the two made a “perfect pairing” and had “absolutely gelled”.

Tyler has been watching avidly each Saturday night, as well as inviting pals from the show such as Kai Widdrington round to his house during the week to discuss every aspect of the competition.
Last year, Tyler and Dianne made it through to Blackpool Week before being eliminated in the dance-off after going head-to-head with Molly Rainford and Carlos Gu.
However, though he might have lost out to Molly in the competition, Tyler won in his romantic life when he ended up getting together with her for a totally unexpected relationship.
Love-struck Tyler gushed: “I can’t relate to a Strictly curse, I can just relate to a Strictly blessing because I found my best friend on the show!”
He added that finding love had caught him “completely off guard” as he “wasn’t planning to get into a relationship” when things started heating up between them.

“I’d been single for a long while and focusing on myself and then all of a sudden I met Molly and was just ‘Wow!'” he exclaimed.
“We got the most out of the show that we possibly could and then [getting together] was just the cherry on top of the cake!”
Tyler won’t be drawn on the exact moment that he first realised he’d fallen in love, simply shrugging: “Everyone loves Mols!”
However, being on the show was a great experience for him, taking him on a “wild journey” with his new girlfriend, giving him “more positivity in my stride” and leaving him feeling even more motivated to work on his career.
Tyler’s interests have turned philanthropic recently, with the star feeling proud to announce that he is the new charity ambassador for WaterAid.
He visited Zambia this month, where he found himself “angry” and “frustrated” after learning that the communities he bonded with over there lack access to clean running water and sanitary toilets.
However the charity has recently worked to install water facilities to turn lives around – and Tyler is proud to have launched an appeal to raise more funds and awareness for them.
“[What I saw] hit me hard [because] it’s a basic human right to have clean water,” he exclaimed, before adding that his work with Zambia helps him use his platform to “genuinely make a difference”.
