Coleen Rooney wows in strapless dress at premiere of Wagatha Christie documentary

Courtroom superstar Coleen Rooney made sure all eyes were on her last night as the WAG attended the premiere of her brand new Wagatha Christie documentary.

Taking to The Soho Hotel in London, the Liverpool-born star – wife of footballing legend Wayne Rooney – celebrated the eagerly-anticipated landing of Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story onto Disney+ today.

Dazzling in a gorgeous white, strapless gown, mum-of-four Coleen channelled Grecian goddess for the exciting documentary launch.

The brunette beauty opted for a simple yet elegant look for her big night, pairing her stunning dress with a glistening silver bracelet and matching rings, as well as statement pearl earrings.

Coleen also wore her chocolate tresses in a simple up-do, with her chic bangs perfectly framing her face.

The exciting new documentary will hear her side of her infamous courtroom battle against fellow footballer's wife, Rebekah Vardy.

Coleen made global headlines with her social media post ending "It's…….Rebekah Vardy", as she accused the fellow WAG Rebekah of leaking private information to the press.

Rebekah, 41 – wife of fellow footballing pro Jamie Vardy – then responded by taking Coleen to the High Court, but suffered a sensational loss.

Celebrating her success last night, another snap from the illustrious evening saw Coleen – who speaking on The One Show earlier this week admitted she was "shocked" to hear of Rebekah's reaction to her trial-launching social media post – posing alongside her film producers Julia Nottingham and Julian Bird.

PR star Jakki Jones also smiled alongside Coleen, as did brand and business manager Camilla Johnson-Hill.

Radio DJ and broadcaster Edith Bowman was also spotted at the star-studded event, standing alongside social media detective Coleen for photos on the red carpet.

Coleen had refrained from publicly speaking out about the case until earlier this year, when she graced the cover of British Vogue and opened up about the Wagatha trial for the very first time.

The Disney+ star – who revealed that husband of 15 years, former footballer Wayne was there for her every day of the trial – previously recalled him telling her: "You just tell the truth, because no one can wrong with the truth."

And the new documentary will look at the circumstances around her viral social media post in October 2019, in which she said she had carried out a months-long "sting operation" and accused Rebekah of leaking “false stories” about her private life to the press.

The series includes exclusive interviews with Coleen and her family, including Wayne, as well as her legal team who were involved in the court case.
