Calvin Harris has been slammed by people living near the location of his wedding, which took place at Hulne Priory, Alnwick, Northumberland.
DJ Calvin, 39, and his beau Vick Hope, 33, are thought to have tied the knot over the weekend, culminating in an afterparty and a ten minute firework display.
Whilst their celebrity guests, including Big Brother presenter AJ Odudu and BBC radio DJs Vernon Kay, Scott Mills and Jordan North, most likely enjoyed the huge celebration, the neighbours were less than impressed.
Some onlookers have branded the firework display as 'like a war' while also noting that it left nearby houses 'shaking'.
On a local Facebook group one resident wrote: "I swear my house is shaking. I feel like I'm in a war."
Another said: "Those fireworks are echoing the streets."
A third posted: "It's like a world war out there," whilst a fourth said: "It's like b****y thunderstorm. Just jealous of what a party they'll be having."
OK! has contacted Calvin's representatives for comment.
Calvin and Vick are said to have exchanged personal vows at the ceremony, and after that, guests enjoyed dinner and drinks surrounded by huge plants and wicker chandeliers.
The guests were also treated to an epic performance from music legend Nile Rogers and Chic, who had flown in from the US to belt out some of their biggest hits, such as Good Times.
The wedding then saw live music, with burgers, pizza and Nigerian food being served.
Later, guests could then bed down in luxury tents set up in the grounds, but not before they watched the huge firework display.
A source told The Sun: “Calvin and Vick’s wedding was a day none of their guests will ever forget.
“Their vows were really emotional and the marriage ceremony included poems like Ernest Hemmingway’s If There’s Empty Spaces In Your Heart and Lori Eberhai’s Devoted.
“They didn’t stop smiling all day. Calvin and Vick are so clearly madly in love, it was a truly beautiful day.”
Calvin and Vick are thought to have gotten engaged in May of last year after a whirlwind five-month romance.
The TV presenter first showed off her sparkling diamond ring, which reportedly cost a whopping £2million, while out at the Chelsea Flower Show with her DJ boyfriend.
Calvin got down on one knee to pop the question by his favourite tree on his farm in Ibiza, according to reports.
An insider said: "Vick said yes immediately, she is madly in love with Calvin and could not be any happier."
