My cheap anti-aging buys boost collagen and make your face glow, they’re not from the skincare aisle | The Sun

A SKINCARE expert has revealed that the cosmetics you put on your skin aren’t the most important thing to consider when trying to reduce the signs of aging.

Shareen Kanwaljeetsingh Anand (@skincareproductcoder) shared a list of essentials to buy at the grocery store for glowing skin.

The chemist has racked up over 261,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares advice on how to nurture different skin types.

She took to the social media platform to share a selection of “anti-aging foods” that everyone should be eating for healthy skin.

She walked down the vegetable aisle in her local store rather than turning to supplements and pricey beauty potions.

The text over the video read: “Naturally boost collagen – blueberries.

“Almonds prevent loss of oil and spinach is rich in vitamin A to make your collagen fibers firm.”

Shareen captioned the post with hashtags including #antiagingfoods, #foodforskin, and #skinsuperfood.

She added: “Blueberries are high in Anthocyanin which supports collagen synthesis.

"Eating them four times a week and my skin is definitely glowing.”
