Pro-Palestine protesters clash with police in New York City<\/h3>\n

Alec Baldwin was caught up in a fierce row in New York during a pro-Palestinian protest.<\/p>\n

Hundreds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators took to the streets to show their support for the country as it continues to fight back against IDF (Israel Defence Forces) soldiers.<\/p>\n

Protestors were seen by Penn Station, the Port Authority bus terminal and Grand Central Terminal as well as near West 29th Street, crossing paths with actor and comedian Alec Baldwin.<\/p>\n

The New York Post alleges that protestors were \u201caccusing him of supporting Israel\u201d and \u201ca group berated Baldwin as cops stood between the group and the comedian who was against a door\u201d.<\/p>\n

It has been reported that Baldwin was on his way to volunteer to teach an acting class when he was caught up in the protests.<\/p>\n

A source told New York-based freelance reporter Yashar Ali: \u201cHe [Baldwin] had no intention of going to the protest and was not involved in any way.\u201d<\/p>\n

They continued to allege that the 30 Rock star was \u201capproached aggressively and repeatedly\u201d with the police stepping in to \u201cavoid further confrontation\u201d.<\/p>\n

Fox News reported that live-streamed footage showed Baldwin being asked by an activist: \u201cWhose pocket are you in?\u201d with the actor snapping back: \u201cI\u2019m in Hollywood\u2019s pocket, you say?<\/p>\n

\u201cYou ask stupid questions. Ask me a smart question.\u201d<\/p>\n

As he was led away from the scene by police officers, Baldwin said: \u201cI want peace for Gaza though.\u201d<\/p>\n
