  A young woman has sparked a heated debate after revealing the ‘correct’ way to shower.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  Lovey Lee, from the US, was stunned to discover not everyone showers the same way.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  ‘I’ve just been informed by my mum that there are two ways people shower, and we just realised we both do the opposite thing,’ she said in a TikTok video.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  ‘Now I need to know, what is the normal way to shower?!’<\/p>\n

  The short video quickly caught the attention of the masses as many shared their opinion on the topic.<\/p>\n

  ‘Now I need to know, what is the normal way to shower?!’ she captioned a now-viral TikTok video which ignited a debate among thousands\u00a0<\/p>\n

  In the clip Lovey explained she faces away from the showerhead, so the water trickles onto her hair then down her back.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  ‘Of course I’ll turn around occasionally and move around,’ she said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  But her mother primarily faces the water to let it flow onto her face and body.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  The realisation shocked both mother and daughter as well as thousands on TikTok.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  ‘I feel like the normal way to shower is with the shower head behind you.. is anyone else surprised by this?’ Lovey continued.\u00a0<\/p>\n

  ‘It all started when I was asking for her advice cause we’re redoing our shower. I was like where should we put the shower bench?\u00a0<\/p>\n

  ‘She was like, “Don’t you want the shower bench behind you so you can put your leg up while you’re showering?”’ But Lovey was left confused.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
