Dr Reza Tigari, from San Diego California, has some tips for reducing your risk of developing cancer.<\/p>\n
The health expert, who\u2019s gained more than 522,000 followers on TikTok by sharing his recommendations, offered the advice in a now viral video.<\/p>\n
His top five ways to prevent cancer are:<\/p>\n
1. Quit smoking<\/strong><\/p>\n 2. Eat right and exercise<\/strong><\/p>\n 3. Avoid processed meats<\/strong><\/p>\n 4. Practice safe sex<\/strong><\/p>\n 5. Wear sunscreen<\/strong><\/p>\n When it comes to quitting smoking, Dr Tigari isn\u2019t just talking about cigarettes.
