I have no words.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Sharing the footage, the 58-year-old later tweeted: &#8216;Masturbating at the wheel of a vehicle while watching porn. This is extreme even for Cannon Street.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Shocking video shows the motorist going on his phone while driving past Cannon Street station in the City of London as dozens of pedestrians try to cross the road.<\/p>\n<p>At the start of the clip, the cyclist approaches the van from the passenger side of the vehicle and starts to film the driver on his phone. He says: &#8216;Another one, really?&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/09\/01\/77584531-12727703-image-a-61_1699491988994.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>A cyclist was outraged after he caught a van driver &#8216;masturbating and watching porn&#8217; while driving through central London\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/09\/01\/74770401-12727703-image-a-55_1699491632437.jpg\" height=\"634\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Avid cyclist and broadcaster Jeremy Vine (pictured) was left speechless by the video of the driver\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The cyclist then approaches the van from the driver&#8217;s side where the man can be seen watching something on his phone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The motorist, who is driving a Custom Intelligent Security van, proceeds to drive off past Bank station while watching the footage as pedestrians, cyclists and other vehicles surround him during rush hour.<\/p>\n<p>When the van comes to a stop at the traffic lights, the cyclist then launches into an expletive rant as he gets a clearer view of what the man is watching on his screen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;F****** porn,&#8217; he shouts. &#8216;Driving around watching porn. You&#8217;re f****** kidding me.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>As the van driver remains oblivious to the fact he is being filmed, the cyclist points out that he appears to be masturbating as well.<\/p>\n<p>The footage ends with the cyclist laughing hysterically in disbelief as they go separate ways at a busy junction.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The video has since gone viral and several social media users joined Mr Vine in blasting the driver for his actions.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/09\/01\/77584529-12727703-image-a-63_1699492055646.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The cyclist approached the van driver on a few occasions after realising he was on his phone<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/09\/01\/77584525-12727703-image-a-64_1699492060881.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>He later realised that the driver was watching porn. Please tell me you reported that.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>A second posted: &#8216;Horrific, breaks so many laws and moral codes.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A third wrote: &#8216;That is&#8230;.I&#8217;m lost for words! I hope you get to share with the magistrates!&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Another tweeted: &#8216;Just when you think you\u2019ve seen it all.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>And a fifth simply said: &#8216;Absolute mental.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Mr Vine has had several run-ins of his own with drivers in recent years.
