But if you don't want to fork out a small fortune on your heating or invest in a dehumidifer, then look no further…because Queen of Clean Lynsey Crombie has revealed her easy and free hack to dry clothes inside. <\/p>\n

In the clip shared to TikTok (@lynsey_queenofclean), she begins by urging homeowners to make use of curtain and shower poles to hang your clothes on. <\/p>\n

The cleaning whizz advises keeping the room well ventilated with the window open and to use a draft excluder to stop cold air escaping.<\/p>\n

"So this is a method I've been doing for absolutely years," she explains. <\/p>\n

"So simple. Put clothes on a hanger up the window door close, window open, and then I use a draft excluder to stop the air from coming down."<\/p>\n

Next, the cleaning whizz notesthat if using your tumble dryer, you can keep it running efficiently by removing the lint.<\/p>\n

"The lint is not only a fire hazard but also can slow down drying costing you more money," she says.<\/p>\n

"Make sure you de-fluff your tumble dryer and use your tumble dryer balls to keep it running efficiently.<\/p>\n

Lynsey also says that you shouldn't be afraid to dry your laundry outside – you just need to space it well and get it out early.<\/p>\n

"If the path is dry, the washing will dry," she explains.<\/p>\n

Next, the cleaning pro advises using radiator racks rather than placing clothes directly on your radiator.<\/p>\n

"If your boiler is working hard it will add to your energy bills plus the heat from your radiator won\u2019t be able to circulate and heat the room," she says.<\/p>\n

Lynsey also notes that she's a huge fan of heated airers but says you need to get a good one – and recommends anything from the Dry Soon range at Lakeland.<\/p>\n

"Don't forget, indoor airers are a big thing now – and I love them for jeans and jumpers," she says. <\/p>\n

"And I really love this over the bath airer, which is from Minky, it's great if you haven't got much space – and then there's the plastic airers."<\/p>\n

Lastly, she reminds people not to forget that extra or double spin on the washing machine to get that water out. <\/p>\n

It wasn't long before the post garnered a whopping 280k views, with hundreds taking to the comments section. <\/p>\n
