ONE lucky punter who landed \u00a383,000 on the lottery has revealed how she almost got nothing. <\/p>\n

Tamsin Burling, 33, says she learnt a big lesson after scooping the massive sum in the People's Postcode Lottery. <\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

The mum, who won her share of \u00a31million alongside her Kent neighbors, said her fianc\u00e9 Craig Billington once tried to talk her out of buying a ticket. <\/p>\n

But, she didn't listen – and now they've scooped tens of thousands of pounds.<\/p>\n

Craig, 32, looked on sheepishly as Tamsin, whose seven months pregnant with their third child, celebrated the five-figure win. <\/p>\n

The mum-of-two said: \u201cI got a letter through the post to join Postcode Lottery a couple of years ago and wanted to play.<\/p>\n

The couple are expecting their next bundle of joy just after Christmas, and say the win couldn't have come at a better time. <\/p>\n

Tamsin said they're planning to build a new bedroom above their semi's garage, and intend to finally tie the knot after five years engaged. <\/p>\n

She said: "This is the best feeling.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll be getting married, but will probably wait until the baby\u2019s settled.\u201d<\/p>\n

The young family were among 1,600 homeowners in Deal who were lucky enough to scoop a share of the\u00a0huge prize\u00a0after their CT14 9 postcode. <\/p>\n

Another couple opened up about how the landed a whopping \u00a3392,000 in the same draw.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Judy Eastwood and Scott Wood\u00a0say the win couldn't have come at a better time as their list of house repairs continues to grow.<\/p>\n

And while the couple were just one of three families who won six-figure sums, they got to celebrate with their good pals and\u00a0neighbours\u00a0Richard Clements and Sue Lally.<\/p>\n

Judy, 57, said there was one thing that they were disappointed about – that their mates were away when they heard of the \u00a3392,417 win.<\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Metro: "Wow. I knew we\u2019d won something but didn\u2019t expect to get the big cheque."<\/p>\n

Neighbours Richard and Sue were away visiting family in\u00a0Hertfordshire\u00a0when Judy discovered how much they\u2019d\u00a0both won – so she video-called them with the news.<\/p>\n

Judy said: "I\u2019m gutted they\u2019re not\u00a0here,\u00a0it would\u2019ve been lovely to share it with them."<\/p>\n
