now officially named The Conjuring House.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The owners of the &#8216;haunted house&#8217; have to stick to one creepy condition: they can&#8217;t live there all year round because of the rampant &#8216;paranormal activity&#8217; &#8211; so instead they opened the house up to the public for all kinds of activities and events.<\/p>\n<p>Despite its reputation as one of the most haunted sites in America, the house at 1677 Round Top Road in Rhode Island was snapped up for $300,000 over the asking price by\u00a0Jacqueline Nu\u00f1ez, who dropped $1.5 million on the historic house back in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The home shot to notoriety after the Perron family were relentlessly haunted when they lived there in the 1970s.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/26\/21\/77045893-12667869-image-a-54_1698351215028.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The supposedly &#8216;haunted&#8217; Cory Heinzen said &#8216;I had a hard time staying there by myself. I don\u2019t have the feeling of anything evil, but it\u2019s very busy. You can tell there\u2019s a lot of things going on in the house.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Just three years later &#8211; the pair of &#8216;paranormal investigators&#8217; sold the house for reasons relating to Cory Heinzen&#8217;s health and the stress of running their spooky business at the same time as their personal property in Mexico, Maine.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The couple wasn&#8217;t ready to part ways with the &#8216;haunted&#8217; house completely and have agreed to stop by monthly to help the new owner continue to host paranormal investigations at the Rhode Island home.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;This purchase is personal for me,&#8217; buyer of the conjuring house Jacqueline Nu\u00f1ez, told the Boston Globe. &#8216;It\u2019s not a real-estate development. Within minutes a nearby motion detector was triggered repeatedly for no apparent reason. There were also loud creaks in the living room as if someone was walking by,&#8217; one brave visitor told People.<\/p>\n<p>Emily Penke &#8211; the visitor &#8211; said: &#8216;As we were standing in a room next to an old well, a table somehow shifted into Liz&#8217;s leg even though no one was next to it.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>In the house&#8217;s library, one of the books supposedly mysteriously flew off the book shelf &#8211; according to Penke.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight investigations at the property cost $960 per night for groups of six and $160 for each additional guest.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The business&#8217;s website tells guests to bring: &#8216;Ghost hunting equipment, a friendly attitude, sleeping bag or blankets, and a camera to take photos! who pleaded not guilty to the gruesome slaying of his landlord and friend, Alan Bono, in Brookfield, Connecticut, in 1981, the first murder in the town&#8217;s 193-year history.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Arne Johnson was the first and only person in U.S. history to use &#8216;demonic possession&#8217;
