New York City-based label Randy’s Garments has nailed its clean approach to elevated workwear, delivering street-forward functional apparel straight outta NYC’s Garment District. In its latest offering for Fall/Winter 2023, Randy’s Garments is tapping back into its tried-and-true twill fabrics to continue leveling up workwear essentials – also, in a rare move for the brand, Randy’s has chosen to enliven a slew of the collection’s pieces with intentional, playful patterns.

But this isn’t just any other twill-led capsule for the workwear manufacturer; Randy’s new collection sees the debut of the label’s latest “Super Twill” fabric, which offers a cleaner, crisper look. The Brushed Poplin Stencil Plaid Work Shirts stand out among the range, each equipped with three pockets, and available in a bevy of distinct patterns.

“The 3-Pocket Work shirt this season is offered in a very unusual shadow plaid in four colorways,” Randy’s Garments indicates on its webstore. “I would never use a printed pattern but this was just too exceptional. Typically when plaid patterns are printed they are intended to mimic wovens. This pattern is doing the opposite and looks like it’s stenciled, and actually doesn’t intersect where the plaids meet. If that wasn’t enough, it also has a heavily brushed soft hand on a tightly woven poplin.” The Brushed Poplin Stencil Plaid Work Shirts retail for $228 USD.

Rounding out the apparel offering is a selection of work pants, including the Super Twill Cargo Pant ($178 USD), Super Twill Utility Pant ($178 USD) and Super Twill Gusseted Work Pant ($164 USD). The 12 oz. Denim 7-Pocket Jeans come in a darker hue as well as a lighter one, each retailing for $208 USD, with the Scoured 12 oz. Denim Gusseted Work Pants going for $184 USD.
