Most recently, the Minnesota-based couple tugged at heart strings when they gave viewers a look at their first embrace after tying the knot, which saw them preparing to smooch in a unique manner.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The clip was shared on the couple’s joint TikTik account. It was captioned: ‘This was such a perfect kiss.’\u00a0<\/p>\n
After exchanging vows – which weren’t captured on camera – the officiant said to Eli, ‘You may now kiss the bride.’\u00a0<\/p>\n
However, instead of embracing in a passionate smooch at that moment, the couple turned towards their respective bridal parties to prepare.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The 19-year-old’s suit is brushed down, his shoes are polished, aftershave is applied and he gets a mist of breath spray.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Although the bride isn’t shown during the video, she was also being prepped by her bridal party.<\/p>\n
After getting ready, Eli dashes towards Colette and kisses her as the crowd erupts in cheers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Speaking to Newsweek, the Colette shared that while the unique moment may have looked natural, they made sure to practice it many times.\u00a0<\/p>\n
She said: ‘It was rehearsed a few times we had to make sure we were doing the right things and making sure everybody knew what they were supposed to do.’\u00a0<\/p>\n
