Married at First Sight UK star Erica Roberts has just made her first appearance on the E4 dating show, marrying a stranger as well as finally meeting her fellow brides and grooms. However, recent reports suggest that her time on the show might not have been all sunshine and roses. <\/p>\n

Erica, originally from Edinburgh, is a dance teacher who was matched with Jordan, a personal trainer based in Sheffield. The couple's wedding was featured in a recent episode, along with fellow newcomers Bianca and JJ.<\/p>\n

As is customary in the series, new participants enter the show, and the original couples have the opportunity to meet them at a dinner party.<\/p>\n

Erica candidly discussed her experience of meeting the other contestants, revealing that she encountered a "bit of hostility."<\/p>\n

She spoke with RadioTimes.com, admitting that some of her fellow brides exuded "mean girl energy." <\/p>\n

Recalling the initial meeting, Erica said: "Me and Bianca came in on the same day, but we definitely didn't receive the same welcoming. The group seemed a bit taken aback, and there was a hint of territoriality regarding their space and the men. You know how girls can be when new girls enter the scene."<\/p>\n

Erica went on to describe the presence of a "bit of mean girl energy" during the dinner party when she and Bianca arrived with their husbands.<\/p>\n

"When I got in there, I thought, 'Oh, God.' You can literally feel the energy; it's so strange," she remarked.<\/p>\n

The dance teacher also shared that some of her fellow cast members displayed different personalities off-camera. She recalled being cautioned about potentially becoming a "side character" by one of her co-stars.<\/p>\n

Erica further elaborated, stating: "There are some people who are different off-camera, and actually, when watching it back, I think, 'You're so full of s**t.' It's so strange."<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, on Thursday's show, MAFS fans were left less than impressed by newcomer JJ's underwhelming reaction to his new wife, Bianca.<\/p>\n

During the wedding dinner, he told his friends that he 'wouldn't turn his head' if he spotted her in a nightclub.<\/p>\n

To make matters worse, when he and Bianca took a moment to sit outside, he failed to return the compliment when she said he was attractive.<\/p>\n

He then told her that his ex-girlfriend, who he lived with before she cheated on him, is a model – leaving Bianca looking a little taken aback.<\/p>\n

But fans were not happy with JJ's revelation and his attitude, as many said that JJ was 'punching' with Bianca.<\/p>\n

"JJ you\u2019re punching when it comes to Bianca, I suggest you watch your mouth #MAFSUK," wrote one fan.<\/p>\n

Another tweeted: "#MAFSUK JJ you complete A**E, have you looked in the mirror cause you are the one punching. Say you dated a Victoria Secret model, you need to wake up from your dream."<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
