A FOOD fan has revealed that she took a trip to the UK\u2019s first ever air fryer restaurant and was left totally stunned.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The air fryer fan explained that not only was the menu epic and the dishes delicious, but she explained that they also shared their top tips to buy a bargain cooker.<\/p>\n

Sharing a closer look at the dining experience on social media, the woman, who is known online as \u2018Air Fryer Girl\u2019, explained: \u201cThe UK\u2019s first AIR FRYER Restaurant! 'AIR' by eBay.\u201d<\/p>\n

Documenting her visit to AIR, a pop-up restaurant presented by Refurbished at eBay, the woman said: \u201cCome along to the UK\u2019s first air fryer restaurant with me.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Once she had arrived, the foodie started off with a \u2018Floating on Air\u2019 lychee cocktail.<\/p>\n

As she looked at the food options, she wrote: \u201cThe menu was EPIC!\u201d<\/p>\n

The foodie then tucked in, as she enjoyed a roasted cauliflower salad with coconut yoghurt, lemon, pomegranate and cashew miso dressing.<\/p>\n

She also tried the nduja-stuffed arancini balls, crispy salt and pepper squid, halloumi fries with a sweet and spicy mayo and miso glazed aubergine.<\/p>\n

Not only this, but she also had sweetcorn ribs with feta and spicy almond sauce, truffle fries and lamb chops with a mint sauce.<\/p>\n

The foodie noted: \u201cThe wine was delicious too!\u201d<\/p>\n

Following this, dessert was served, as the social media user devoured chocolate cr\u00e8me puffs and banana and chocolate crepe bites with s\u2019more dip, which she claimed \u201cwas soooooo good\u201d.<\/p>\n

If that wasn\u2019t enough, peaches with ice cream, honey and pistachios were also served, as well as a \u201cbeautiful \u2018Espress-oh Martini\u2019.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the restaurant experience, the food lover beamed: \u201cWhat can I say other than, it\u2019s an amazing concept!<\/p>\n

\u201cThe food was amazing and the concept is brilliant – someone needs to roll this out through the UK!\u201d<\/p>\n

But not only did the pop-up experience in Hoxton, London, which is now unfortunately closed, offer stunning food, but the foodie explained that she was told where you can buy air fryers on the cheap.<\/p>\n

She noted: \u201cAll the air fryers used were from eBay\u2019s \u2018refurb\u2019 section – who knew this was a thing?!?\u00a0<\/p>\n
