for the visit at the school, where 95 percent of children are classed as suffering economic hardship.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Freedom of information requests have revealed how the couple&#8217;s advisors at Archewell tried to protect their image.<\/p>\n<p>It also highlights how their team banned four British newspapers from attending an event at the World Trade Center, even though it is a publicly owned building.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Plans for the Sussexes&#8217; trip began six months before the event and it was managed by\u00a0Toya Holness, a member of the couple&#8217;s PR team.<\/p>\n<p>Archewell representatives emailed the Department of Education three days before the visit to\u00a0Public School 123.<\/p>\n<p>They requested the &#8216;appearance release&#8217; which included the gagging clause and asked them to run it by their lawyers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Another email from\u00a0NYC schools press secretary Danielle Filson had asked for the best way to get it all agreed but it is not clear if the\u00a0Sussexes&#8217; request was signed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" in the Department of Education press release.<\/p>\n<p>Filson wanted to remove reference to The Bench and said: &#8216;Just wanted to make it a bit less promotion-ey.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Dailymail.com has contacted the organization and Public School 123 for comment.<\/p>\n<p>The revelation comes after Prince Harry and Meghan made a surprise appearance at Kevin Costner&#8217;s &#8216;One805 Live!&#8217; charity event for first responders on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The couple were joined by their good friends Oprah and Ellen DeGeneres as they took another step into Hollywood royalty.<\/p>\n<p>The fundraising event &#8211; where &#8216;last chance&#8217; tables cost $12,000 &#8211; was hosted at the $26million oceanside estate of Costner in Summerland and included noteworthy guests, including Katy
