Sir Bob Geldof called Russell Brand a "c***" in an awkward clash at the 2006 NME Awards.<\/p>\n
On Saturday (September 16), the comedian, 48, was accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse of four women, one of which was 16-years-old at the time.<\/p>\n
The alleged incidents \u2013 which Brand strongly denies \u2013 have come from a joint investigation by The Sunday Times, The Times and Channel 4's Dispatches, reportedly taking place between 2006 and 2013. <\/p>\n

The footage of Geldof and Brand was aired on Dispatches on Saturday evening (September 16) \u2013 a documentary which detailed the accusations brought against Brand.<\/p>\n

In the resurfaced video, the Irish singer headed on stage to accept an award after Brand said to the crowd: "Please welcome to the stage Sir Bobby Gandalf everybody".<\/p>\n
To which Geldof hit back: "Russell Brand what a c***."<\/p>\n
In response, the former radio host said that it was "no surprise [Geldof]\u2019s such an expert on famine. He has, after all, been dining out on \u2018I Don\u2019t Like Mondays\u2019 for 30 years."<\/p>\n

Dispatchers also revealed that the actor repeatedly made sexual comments aimed at one of the female newsreaders at the BBC.<\/p>\n
While Channel 4 runners and TV researchers alleged that Russell would get staff to find female audience members so that he could meet them after filming.<\/p>\n
Brand released a video statement on Friday (September 16) denying all of the allegations against him, saying his relationships were "absolutely, always consensual".<\/p>\n

He said: "Amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute.<\/p>\n
"These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the movies, and as I've written about extensively in my books I was very, very promiscuous.<\/p>\n
"Now during that time of promiscuity the relationships I had were absolutely, always consensual."<\/p>\n
