A BODY coach has been left cringing with embarrassment after a visit to the gym where she claims she had a very awkward experience.<\/p>\n

Fitness buff Kiara uploaded a video sharing how she\u2019d accidentally let rip a fart when she\u2019d been doing an ab workout.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

It was so loud that the gym fan decided there was only one thing for it and fled the building.<\/p>\n

Speaking on her @kiarajm__ account, she shared from the car: \u201cI just got so embarrassed at the gym I had to leave.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo basically I was working on my upper body today and I decided to do abs.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m laying down [when] out of nowhere, I came back up and I fart, so f**king loud.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt sounded like I s**tted myself it was so loud."<\/p>\n

Kiara said she looked around to see if anyone heard, and she unfortunately saw that she wasn\u2019t alone in her area.<\/p>\n

She continued: \u201cThere was this man next to me working out.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo after I fire, I\u2019m looking around, \u2018Who heard that?\u2019 because I definitely just heard it with my music blasting in my headphones.<\/p>\n

\u201cI heard it so loud and clear I wouldn\u2019t be surprised if the whole gym heard that s**t."<\/p>\n

If the sound effects were not enough, it was about to get worse.<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cThere were people staring at me but not only that, that s**t stank.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m lying there embarrassed, and I f**king start to smell it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Finally she decided that the best thing to do would be to go home.<\/p>\n

Kiara added from the car: \u201cI\u2019m like, oh my God. I\u2019m leaving. I was literally shook, bro.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her video has spread like a bad smell, attracting over 449,000 likes and thousands have people have chimed in on her drama.<\/p>\n

She was not the first to experience unwelcome flatulence at the gym and is unlikely to be the last.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you work out it\u2019s happened to you before too,\u201d was a helpful and comforting comment from one fan.<\/p>\n
