Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) is set to finally come clean to Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) about his prostate cancer test results in EastEnders, but not before the pair have a huge scrap.<\/p>\n
Poor Alfie gets more than he bargained for when Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) gets drunk and reveals Phil\u2019s night of passion with Emma Harding (Patsy Kensit) to him.<\/p>\n
Furious that Phil would betray Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) so close to their wedding, Alfie heads to No.29 and prepares to tell her everything.<\/p>\n
Later, he tracks down Phil, and once alone, lashes out and punches him for his betrayal.<\/p>\n
The pair hash it out, and soon Phil realises that there is something else bothering Alfie.<\/p>\n

Eventually, Alfie finally admits that he had lied about the results of his cancer tests.<\/p>\n
Phil and Kat had both accompanied him to the hospital to get the results, but he refused to allow Kat into the doctor\u2019s office with him.<\/p>\n
After emerging from the appointment with tears in his eyes, he told Kat that he had got the all clear, much to her relief.<\/p>\n
However, Phil is stunned when he admits that he lied, and he does have prostate cancer.<\/p>\n
As Alfie reveals that he needs to have a prostatectomy, Phil is in disbelief.<\/p>\n
Having already fallen out with Kat over keeping Alfie\u2019s secret before, will Phil tell her everything as he heads to the registry office without Alfie?<\/p>\n
