TV presenter Jeff Brazier was left in tears last night as he watched his son and EastEnders star Bobby Brazier collect an award at the National Television Awards.<\/p>\n
Bobby\u2019s first scenes as Freddie Slater aired last year and since then, he has become hugely loved by many fans.<\/p>\n
Bobby stepped away from Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals yesterday (September 5) to get ready for the NTAs, which aired on ITV and was presented by Joel Dommett.<\/p>\n

The young actor was part of the Rising Star category in the ceremony, which he went on to win!<\/p>\n
As the EastEnders cast and crew watched Bobby, he ended up dedicating the award to his dad Jeff, who watched in tears as his son collected the shiny gong.<\/p>\n
Bobby, whose mum is reality star Jade Goody, said: \u2018This has very little to do with me and everything to do with my dad.<\/p>\n

\u2018Over the course of the last 20 years I\u2019ve heard him say, \u201cbecause I can\u201d. It was a mantra of his and him just saying that, \u201cbecause I can\u201d. Because I can, why not?\u2019.<\/p>\n

It was an incredible night for EastEnders overall, as the BBC One soap also took home the Best Serial Drama award, while Danielle Harold won the Best Serial Drama Performance category.<\/p>\n
Over the past year, EastEnders has welcomed back the likes of Cindy (Michelle Collins) and Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), said hello to the Knight family and aired many powerful storylines including Lola Pearce\u2019s death, Amy Mitchell\u2019s (Ellie Dadd) struggle with her mental health and Suki (Balvinder Sopal) and Eve\u2019s (Heather Peace) complicated love story.<\/p>\n
