There’s nothing better than a hot curry on a Friday evening but it’s much cheaper and healthier to cook a “fakeaway” version at home.
While there are plenty of “low calorie” sauces available to buy readymade in supermarkets, TikTok fitness star “Fuelled Wellbeing” (@fuelledwellbeing ) swears by her own recipe.
In a video posted on her page, she said: “I’m going to teach you how to make the most creamiest chicken curry.
“And even better, it’s only 340 calories and 50g of protein per portion.”
The content creator, who specialises in “high protein, healthy and damn right tasty recipes”, noted that the ingredients provide two servings worth of the dish.

Method
Firstly combine the diced chicken breast, spices and yoghurt in a mixing bowl and leave to marinade for half an hour.
When time is up, heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pour the coated chicken breasts in to fry for five to 10 minutes.
The TikTok chef noted that the meat doesn’t have to be cooked through, though it should be a little browned.
Remove the chicken from the pan, leaving it on the heat, and add in the chopped red onion, tin of tomatoes, and Greek yoghurt.
Add in the spices listed for the curry along with some light butter and stir well.
Allow the mixture to thicken for around five minutes and then add the chicken back to the pan to cook for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle in some fresh, chopped coriander, and a few drops of Greek yoghurt or cream. Serve hot with either rice or toasted naan bread.
